An IT engineer left ten years of city life to return to his mother's Quảng noodle cart. From a childhood spent carrying bowls to guests, to a name Michelin has called three years running — we are still just a small kitchen, cooking with a great deal of love.

A few honest dishes from central Vietnam
Mì Quảng, Hội An chicken rice, bún mắm nêm — the soulful flavours of central Vietnam, served in humble stoneware.

Sun-yellow walls, old-town paintings, silk lanterns and round wooden tables. From the nostalgic wooden cupboard to a vintage guigoz tin, every piece was gathered by hand.
